1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Propboard. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live.

3. Informational & Entertainment Only

Propboard is a sports odds/lines and research tool provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on Propboard is financial advice. We do not take bets, facilitate wagers, or process gambling transactions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Trial: If offered, the trial period and eligibility are shown at checkout. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you will retain access through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or failed cancellations. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at support@propboard.io and we will investigate.

5. Data Sources & Accuracy

Odds, lines, and statistics are sourced from third-party providers. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable at any time. You should always verify the current line directly with the sportsbook or DFS operator before making decisions.

We do not redistribute raw odds data as a standalone product. Our use of third-party data sources complies with their respective terms of service.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share or sell your account access to others. We may suspend accounts that show signs of credential sharing or abuse.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Propboard
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent the paywall, authentication, or rate limits
• Use the Service to resell or redistribute data as a competing product
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Propboard name, logo, UI design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party logos, team names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Propboard, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or wagering decisions.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
